ABOUT US

I am Rachid EL Majjati, born on February 25, 1974, in Rabat, the political capital of the Kingdom of Morocco. I reside in Kenitra, the agricultural capital of the Gharb-Chrarda-Beni Hssen region. My academic journey took place at the Faculty of Arts and Humanities Ibn Tofail, where I earned a Bachelor’s degree in English Literature with a focus on Linguistics. My professional experience includes teaching English at various private institutions, and I am currently the proprietor of a store specializing in school supplies.
My deep appreciation for nature compels me to advocate for its conservation, as it represents a stunning mosaic of life, characterized by vivid hues, calming sounds, and complex ecosystems. From majestic mountains to peaceful lakes, every component is essential to the health of our planet. The soft whisper of leaves, the melodic calls of birds, and the fragrance of blossoming flowers serve as reminders of the exquisite beauty that envelops us. Immersing ourselves in the natural world can evoke feelings of wonder and serenity, prompting us to cherish and safeguard our surroundings. Which elements of nature do you find most meaningful?

Preserving nature is essential for maintaining the delicate balance of our ecosystems and ensuring a healthy planet for future generations. It involves protecting habitats, reducing pollution, and conserving biodiversity. Simple actions like reducing waste, supporting sustainable practices, and raising awareness can make a significant difference. By valuing and safeguarding natural resources, we not only enhance our quality of life but also nurture the intricate connections among all living beings. How do you think individuals can contribute to this effort?

My country Morocco boasts a stunning array of natural landscapes, from the rugged Atlas Mountains to the vast Sahara Desert. The country is rich in biodiversity, home to unique flora and fauna, including the famous Barbary macaque and various endemic plants. Coastal regions offer beautiful beaches along the Atlantic and Mediterranean, while the northern Rif Mountains provide lush greenery and picturesque valleys. Morocco's diverse ecosystems support agriculture, traditional crafts, and vibrant local cultures. This natural beauty is not only a treasure for residents but also a draw for travelers seeking adventure and tranquility. What aspect of Morocco's nature interests you the most?

The diversity of Morocco's landscapes, from the Sahara's vast dunes to the lush Atlas Mountains, fascinates me the most.
